BUILT FOR THE FIELD. BUILT FOR COMPLIANCE.
Titan Energy Compliance Inc. is a specialized oilfield inspection and certification company dedicated to ensuring the safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance of critical high-pressure equipment in the energy sector.
We inspect, test, and certify tubulars, flow iron (1002 & 1502), hammer unions, high-pressure hoses, manifolds, and related oilfield equipment — providing the documentation and peace of mind that operators and contractors require.
Our certified technicians apply industry-standard NDT methods including visual inspection, ultrasonic thickness testing, magnetic particle inspection, and hydrostatic pressure testing to every job we take on.

COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION
Detailed inspection of 1002 and 1502 flow iron used in high-pressure fracking and cementing operations. Includes visual, UT, and dimensional checks with SPM gauge verification.
Hydrostatic pressure testing and full certification of manifolds, missiles, treating irons, swivel joints, chicksan elbows, and other high-pressure surface equipment.
Comprehensive NDT services including ultrasonic thickness measurement (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and dye penetrant testing on a wide range of oilfield components.
We mobilize directly to the job site — wellsite, yard, or shop — and deliver rapid, certified inspection reports that meet operator and contractor documentation requirements.
Full traceability reports, hydrostatic test records, and certification packages that satisfy ISO, API, and operator-specific requirements for audits and regulatory compliance.

VISUAL INSPECTION
Certified technicians examine every component for surface defects, corrosion, cracks, and mechanical damage using calibrated visual tools.
ULTRASONIC THICKNESS TESTING
MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING
DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION
HYDROSTATIC TESTING
UT equipment measures wall thickness at specified points to detect internal erosion and assess remaining material integrity.
The technician magnetizes the steel component using an electromagnetic yoke, coil, or machine, then they apply very fine iron particles.
Threads, seal pockets, and bores are measured with SPM inspection gauges to confirm they meet dimensional tolerances.
Components are subjected to high-pressure water testing to verify structural integrity under operating pressure conditions.

DOCUMENTATION & TRACEABILITY
Paperwork or digital records generated during inspection and certification. Every piece of iron can be tracked throughout its entire life.
